A great deal of assessment in this region is administered in English to candidates who work in Arabic. What comes back is a reading of their English, presented as a reading of their potential.
We deliver in both languages, with practitioners certified on the instruments themselves rather than trained to administer them. Feedback is given by a person, in the candidate's language, because an unread report changes nothing.
