We take fewer engagements than a firm our size could, and we staff them with senior people for longer. That is a deliberate commercial choice and it changes what the job is.
You will not be one of nine analysts on a workstream. You will hold a piece of a client relationship, be in the room for the difficult conversation, and still be there a year later when the thing either held or did not.
You will also work across a group. An engagement that needs accredited learning, technology or financial capability draws on a sister company rather than a subcontractor, which means you learn considerably more than the boundary of your own practice.

- Transformation practitioners
- Strategy and operating model practitioners who want to stay through delivery rather than hand over at the recommendation.
- Human capital and assessment
- Practitioners certified on Hogan, SHL or Saville, comfortable delivering and giving feedback in Arabic and English.
- Government excellence
- Specialists with ADAEP, King Abdulaziz Quality Award or EFQM experience, ideally from inside an entity rather than only advising one.
- Governance and delivery assurance
- Portfolio and programme professionals who can run a project management office and tell a steering committee the truth.
- Procurement transformation
- Category and sourcing specialists, ideally CIPS qualified, with experience in energy, government or large industrial groups.
