Excellence frameworks are not interchangeable. An entity in Abu Dhabi is judged against Abu Dhabi's standard, and that is where our practice starts.

We work across four frameworks, in this order of depth.
A note on method: the frameworks and their assessment criteria are government policy, published and mandated by the awarding bodies. They are not our intellectual property, and we do not present them as such. What we bring is the capability to work an entity through them.

- King Abdulaziz Quality Award
- For entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivered from the Riyadh office.
- Dubai Government Excellence Programme
- For Dubai government entities on an excellence journey.
- EFQM
- The European Foundation for Quality Management model, where an entity works to the international standard.

An award is not the objective.
Entities that pursue the award get the award and lose it. Entities that pursue the underlying capability tend to win it and keep winning it, because the evidence is a by-product of how they now operate.
We say this at the outset, and it occasionally costs us work with an entity that wants a submission written rather than a capability built. That is the right trade.
