impact+ is the original practice.
Taaeen Group was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2012, and impact+ is the practice it started as. Everything else in the group was built because a client asked for the next thing and we would rather build the capability than refer it out and hope.
Fourteen years and more than 150 government and enterprise clients later, the pattern that keeps repeating is the same one we started to solve: the recommendation was right, the strategy was sound, and the organisation still worked the same way afterwards.
That gap is not a knowledge problem. It is a structural one. Converting intent into operating reality requires senior people on the ground for months after the interesting part is finished, and most firms are not built to carry that cost.
We are. It is the reason we take fewer engagements than we could, and the reason most of our work is repeat.

A baseline before a claim
- Agreed in writing at the start. A result with no baseline behind it is a claim, not a measurement.

- Past the recommendation, into the point where the new way of working is simply how things are done.
